The app monitors the health of any Tradeshift integration.

The Integration Monitoring App is useful to retrieve reports on the business documents from your Tradeshift account.



In this way, you will have a better overview of your failed invoices so that you can go and correct them right as they fail. Also, you can retrieve reports on successfully dispatched business documents based on different criteria.



The Integration Monitoring app can be found under the Apps section in the main menu.







If you cannot find the app, then you will need to activate it from the App Store, which you can find also in the main menu.

After successfully integrated, the Tradeshift Engineer will ask you where (on which e-mail address) the reports need to be sent and he will be the one who will configure it.
